Fj Cruiser

Today I looked at my new addition to the stall and could not get over how shinny the 2011 CJ Cruiser looked on my driveway. I did something totally unprecedented, I bought a non Ford and a not white. I went with Toyota and blue.

It will take time for it to grow on me. 

In the mean time, I had to do something about the clean look, so I took it for a ride on the dirt. I took mom with me.

So we went to Pajarito mesa, toput some miles on it (it had 5 when I picked it up). I saw a high ridge on the side of a cliff and I  wanted to take a picture of the new ride on the ridge. The only problem it looked very narrow and very high up.

So I asked mom to guide me over so I did not to get too close to the edge. Mom got out very reluctantly, but did. I started to drive over the ridge and I could not see the edge, just empty space and sky. Then I looked down to see mom as she guided me in. I could not see her and I had already committed, I was already half way in. I stopped and got out real careful as to not to step too far out and fall down the high cliff. Where is mom?

I saw her crawling on her kness to the other end!

We put 120 miles on it!
