You could make it an "Event" on this site so people could RSVP. On events, you could send everyone an invitation and people could post comments to the event. It willl also show on the front page as an event. You could also put more detail, like what people need to bring, etc, , , ,

To make an even juts click click on the link "Events" on top and then right below the top main menu you will see a link that says "Add an Event" just click on that to add an event. Just fill in the dates, details, location and contact information. Afterward it will ask you if you want to send an invitation, you can select to sent it to everyone (on their email) people can then RSVP creating a list of who is going, who might go and who is not going.

we need to fine out how many people are going; so we could plan what we are going to cook and start a list. PLEASE send list asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes!!!!!!!! it is a invitation for all the family; I will start working on the boat this week 7/27/09 and hope it will be ready by Aug. 7
